RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Vibss, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by offering
high-quality products and dependable service. This policy applies to all orders placed within
Pakistan and internationally.

 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product IF:
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product was damaged in transit
• The product has a manufacturing defect


2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN APPROVAL

To approve the return:
• The product must be unused
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• The customer must provide photos/video evidence


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Washed, used, or worn apparel
• Sale or discounted items
• Perfumes, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products
• Customized items (size alteration, print-on-demand)


4. REFUND PROCESS IN PAKISTAN

Refunds are issued through:
• PayFast
• Bank Transfer
• Store Credit (same-day issuance)
Refund timeline:
• 5–10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays in Pakistan)


5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for:
• Size problems
• Color issues
• Replacement of damaged items


6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Reason for return
• Pictures or videos as proof
