Claim & Service Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Claims must include clear photos of the product and the issue.
We offer exchanges or store credit after reviewing the claim. Refunds are provided only if the product is out of stock.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for claims to be valid.
The Vibss reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on inspection.
