Condition Check

Products showing wear, fragrance, stains, damage or alteration cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance or specially marked non-returnable items are not eligible unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Delivery Charges

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless THE VIBSS sent an incorrect or defective item.

Standard delivery charges are Rs. 300 per order.

If a parcel is returned because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery charges may apply.
